I teach in a university, and on the first day of class, I spell out my policy on cheating. If I catch you cheating, you get zero points for the assignment and -25 points for the cheating.

I asked at the unemployment office about possible extension of benefits under TARP (in my circumstances specifically). I collect partial unemployment, working 3 part-time jobs because I cannot find anything full time (except burger flipping).

If it comes to it, and the foreclosed houses are bought by housing authorities and rented to low income people moving from projects, etc., then the housing authorities should be required to help the tenants integrate into the new community.

Time for a flat consumption based tax. the IRS code has gotten so huge that it is impossible for anyone to know if they are paying what they should, and impossible for the government to know if anything is accurate.
